Private mentorship is a one year framework built on six foundations of conscious living. It is not a rigid curriculum. Each foundation is introduced when it becomes relevant, and the plan is built around what you are actually navigating and where you begin.
Open to anyone ready for this. Sessions are conducted via video call.

A private weekend in the Cowichan Valley for one person or one couple. Not a group. Private sessions, ceremony, sound, and time in nature, with generous rest between. You stay in a simple, private retreat space that is prepared and ready for the healing, and I come to you.

Prices are for professional services, in Canadian dollars. Retreat prices include your weekend stay in the private retreat space and all of your meals. Transportation can be added to a retreat for an additional fee. These are spiritual and wellness experiences, not medical treatment, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
