I’ve spent more than thirty years walking this path. I’m a channel, a shamanic practitioner, and an ordained minister, and I have spent a lifetime working with spirit, formalized through advanced metaphysical studies at the University of Metaphysics in Sedona and the University of Sedona. In session, I work with your Higher Self live, and I work with your body and nervous system right alongside it. What comes through is guidance meant for you, and a settling you can feel.

I didn’t arrive here through a weekend certification. I arrived here through thirty years of living it, through my own healing, my own unraveling, and my own remembering.

I spent years doing what most people do: therapy, coaching, reading, reflecting. I understood myself so well I could have given a lecture on my own patterns. I could trace my patterns back to where they began. I could name the beliefs that were running me. And still, the patterns stayed.

What I found is that understanding something and being free of it are not the same thing. The parts of us that hold old experiences, old beliefs, and old ways of protecting ourselves don't respond to insight. They respond to something more direct. They respond to the body, to the subconscious, and to the part of you that already knows.

That discovery led me to the MAP Coaching Institute, where I trained and where I hold a degree. I am a certified MAP practitioner. I also trained in Process Healing, the work of the late Dr. Gary Flint, a clinical psychologist who spent decades researching how the brain processes and stores emotional experience. Over time I wove what I learned together with everything else I carry into the Higher Self Method®.

My relationship with nature, with the land, and with the unseen has shaped everything about how I work. I am not a distant expert. I am a practitioner who has walked through her own fire and come out the other side with something real to offer. As an ordained minister, I am also honoured to officiate weddings and sacred ceremonies.

More than thirty years of energetic and spiritual healing practice sit beneath everything I do. My background includes shamanic study, Indigenous and other ancestral healing traditions, Reiki, and additional energy healing modalities, and I have brought all of it alongside counselling, somatic approaches, coaching, and belief reprogramming. I do not treat these as separate services. They inform one another, and they inform the Higher Self Method®.

That is why I also see people in person in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, in private shamanic healing sessions, extended healing intensives, and private retreats. It is one practice, offered in different ways, depending on what you need.

The Higher Self Method® is a blend. It brings together somatic and nervous system healing, subconscious reprogramming, live connection with your Higher Self, the Hermetic laws of the universe, and the law of attraction. Science and spirit, married. Your thoughts, your feelings, and your body are all one system, and when they come back into alignment, life begins to answer differently.

I work with the whole person, not simply the problem they’re presenting. I believe we have far more capacity to change our experience than we’ve been taught to recognize, and that healing can be profound without becoming another exhausting project.
