Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that many people find deeply restful. I have practised it for more than thirty years, and I am a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui Ryoho lineage. I am also a sound healer.
In my practice, Reiki is not a separate performance. It is one thread among others, woven in where it fits, alongside energy clearing, sound healing, and shamanic healing, so that a session is shaped around you instead of a fixed routine.
Reiki is a complementary practice. It is not medical treatment, and it does not replace care from your doctor.

In person sessions take place in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Depending on what you bring, a session may include:

Learn Reiki with a Reiki Master Teacher.
I teach every level of Reiki, from the first level through to Reiki Master Teacher, to people who feel called to practise it, whether for themselves, for the people they love, or as a path of their own. You can learn with me in two ways:
- Online: lessons by video call, with distant attunements given from a distance.
- In person: travel to me in the Cowichan Valley for an in person attunement.

Reiki is one part of how I work. Alongside it I bring a lifetime of working with spirit, advanced metaphysical studies, shamanic training, and the Higher Self Method®. Energy healing sessions take place in person in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. Reiki training can be done online, with distant attunements, or in person.
Can I learn Reiki online?
Yes. I teach Reiki online by video, and I give distant attunements to online students. If you would rather be in the room, you can travel to me for an in person attunement.

I teach every level, from the first level through to Reiki Master Teacher, online with distant attunements or in person. We will talk about where you are starting and which level is right for you.
