Cacao ~ The sacred heart medicine of ceremonial cacao is a cardiovascular stimulant which also contains neurotransmitters that help us to access states of love and bliss, as well a a variety of super healthy minerals and nutrients. Spiritually, drinking cacao activates our sacred heart, respect and love for Mother Earth, our spirit, and our empathy.
Cacao has been at the heart of many indigenous cultures from the beginning of time, and is filling its beautiful purpose more and more globally now in reconnecting us to a sacred way of relating with the earth and each other. Cacao is a beautiful, mothering, gentle and safe journey support.
Mapacho ~ In the Amazon, Tobacco is considered a universal medicine and is used by the Shaman or traditional healer. A teacher and a guide to cosmic knowledge and the spirit world, Tobacco is called with affection “The grandfather of all plants”, a plant that brings blessing and protection.
The indigenous world view sees every life form having a spirit, including plants. Plant spirits teach people how to live in peace and harmony with themselves and their environment. Master plants help us to recognize the truth of who we are, and therefore better understand our relations with the world that we live in. Indigenous medicine men use Tobacco to induce a strong physical and energetic cleanse, promote prophetic dreams and to protect and regulate the energetic body. Tobacco works to bring us back to our body, and connect us to our heart, intuition and higher self.
On the physical level, Tobacco cleans the blood, intestines, stomach and sinuses. It cleans mucus, toxins and parasites.
On the emotional level, Tobacco supports clearing held emotions, behavioural patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us.
On the energetic level, Tobacco helps to open energetic blockages, so that our energy may flow freely in the body.

Brandy (brandynielson.com) is an empowerment coach, shamanic practitioner and intuitive guide, working closely with spirit to channel their wisdom and guidance through all that she offers. Through hands-on healing, coaching, ceremony, and neuro-reprogramming techniques, Brandy helps others find their power in both the ordinary and non-ordinary realities. In her sound healing sessions you will experience crystal bowls, koshi chimes, gongs, shamanic drumming, flutes, harmonicas, chimes and various enchanting sounds to create resonance with the healing frequencies to release stored emotions, balancing the chakras and create a deep sense of well-being.
Regina Terra (Sacred-journeys.ca) facilitates cacao ceremonies and deep journey spaces with intentionally created sacred cacao blends. She is the steward of the healing arts space of Unkara Dome, which is nestled into the woods here by the Koksilah River in Shawnigan Lake. As a seer and craniosacral therapist, she is a channel with a deep connection to spirit and the medicines she offers. In these ceremonies Terra offers craniosacral adjustments to the group in these ceremonies, adding the warmth and grounding of her healing hands to the sound journey experience. Reading the energy field of the room, she intuitively assists the healing taking place in the space through compassionate presence, word, sound and touch, thus becoming the ears, mouth and and heart through which spirit can channel into the space.
