What a powerful modality! Brandy Nielson’s Higher Self Sessions are an incredibly effective way of connecting to, aligning with, and supporting the life-shifts that are wanting to happen from a higher self perspective.
The best way I can describe it, is that she guides you with an almost unbelievable laser focus straight into the core beliefs, life themes and areas of stagnation or resistance that are next wanting/needing attention. This shines a conscious light on that which lurks and lingers usually just out of reach, and helps to re-write it into its next highest expression.
While each session has its own trajectory, what stands out to me each time is the simple yet carefully designed and incredibly effective wording of the modality, as well as Brandy’s acute attunement to and guiding of the energy moving in the space. This combination seems to be able to move mountains in minutes, and I am at awe each time how much can be satisfactorily touched upon and shifted in just 90 minutes.
In my experience, it takes a few days or weeks for the changes that are made on the higher self level to begin trickling into my embodied experience. There is always a moment for me, a few weeks after the session, when I suddenly realize that the specific thing that we ‘re-wrote’ is simply not an issue any longer.
Another thing that’s interesting is that towards the end of each session, there is usually an inkling of the topic that will be addressed next after the current changes have integrated. So just like the sessions themselves, the development of the work over time also flows in a divinely orchestrated and beautifully paced way. In other words, this work does not force anything to move that isn’t ready, its simply and powerfully supports the cleanest and most complete shift of that which IS ready.

I am still in utter disbelief at the experience I just took part in. I went into the ceremony half-skeptical that I would manage to solve the emotional equation of my intention, but I can safely say that I came out the other side not only having done exactly that, but also achieving some major personal growth along the way.
Brandy was a navigator of the unseen, encouraging me to guide myself towards a deeper connection with my heart and my emotions. I could have told you what I was looking for with my intention before I arrived, but Brandy showed me how to truly understand what that intention meant, and how to understand it completely. To "know" something is one thing, but to "feel' it is altogether more wholesome.
To say that the experience was healing is an understatement. I feel energised and excited to know who I am and where I'm headed for the first time in what feels like a lifetime.

I had my first session with Brandy a few months ago. Since it was my first session I didn’t know what to expect. As I am quite sensitive, I had some trepidation around what emotions it might conjure. Once we began our session I quickly realized and was pleasantly surprised that this powerful healing modality was nothing like the torture having to re visit painful emotions through forms of talk therapy. A few short weeks after, I quite suddenly realized that I had ZERO symptoms.
I have had 15 years of talk therapy and have been suffering with this addiction/ affliction/ self deprecating behaviour for 30 years or as far back as I can remember and never can I remember a time (besides fasting) that I have been completely free of this nagging vice... until now.
I want to go back in time and get all the $10000’s back that I spent on therapy. If this was possible in one session I can’t imagine what can and will transpire through my next sessions.
