Channeling & Intuitive Healing

I don’t do mediumship or channeling as a technique.

I live in conversation with Spirit—and so, of course, it weaves into everything I do.

As a natural-born psychic medium, I’ve been connected to the unseen realms for as long as I can remember. I didn’t train into this—it’s always been with me. Spirit is a part of my everyday life, and so it becomes a natural part of every session.

How it unfolds…

Each session is a sacred collaboration between you, me, and the unseen support around you—your Higher Self, your ancestors, your guides, the wisdom of your soul. We begin with gentle conversation, attuning to what’s present in your field—what’s rising to be seen, healed, or reclaimed.

From there, I open the channel.

Sometimes this means clear messages from ancestors, guides, or your higher knowing.

Other times, it’s subtler—a soft stream of insight, images, physical sensations, or symbolic language. The medicine arrives however it’s meant to.

Rooted in the wisdom of the Andean Medicine Wheel and guided by various Indigenous healing traditions, my shamanic work is not just a modality—it is a sacred remembering and a way of life.

It invites us to restore balance, clear emotional and energetic imprints, and reconnect with our true essence. Through this work, we open portals to deep insight, ancestral connection, and spiritual renewal.

Reiki

The Gentle Power of Life Force Healing

Reiki was the first doorway I ever walked through.

I began my path at sixteen—and it has never left me.

This sacred modality opened my hands, my heart, and my knowing.

It is the foundation upon which so much of my healing work rests.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force through the hands to support deep restoration—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Gentle yet powerful, it brings the nervous system into a state of calm, so the body can remember how to heal.

In a Reiki session, energy flows where it is most needed—balancing the chakras, releasing stagnation, and awakening the body’s own inner intelligence. The result is often a deep sense of peace, clarity, and renewal.

Reiki can support:

  • Stress relief, nervous system regulation, and emotional ease

  • Balancing of the chakras and harmonizing the energy field

While I am not a certified breathwork facilitator, intentional breathing is woven gently through every healing space I hold.

The breath is the first medicine.

It roots us in the now.

It softens what’s been armored.

It creates space for the soul to speak.

In each session—whether we’re working with the subconscious, the nervous system, or the spirit body—we return again and again to the breath. Not as a technique to control, but as a sacred rhythm to attune to.

Through conscious breath, we:

softening, clearing, awakening what’s been buried or forgotten.

Whether through tuning forks, chimes, song, drumming, or crystal bowls, I use intuitive sound healing as a supportive tool to shift energy, release stagnation, and bring the nervous system into deep regulation.

Unlike herbal medicine, which works on the physical body, flower essences communicate with the emotional and energetic body, offering insight, softening, and restoration from within.

Each essence is like a mirror—reflecting what is ready to be seen, released, or reclaimed.
