Private 1-1 Sessions with Paige

In addition to our group sessions, we offer private support sessions with Paige, a compassionate and experienced facilitator. These one-on-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs, providing a confidential and nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges more deeply.

Paige is a psychology student with personal experience living on the streets and substance use. Now fully recovered, Paige is dedicated to supporting young adults who seek a sense of belonging and understanding.


What to Expect in Your Session

Confidential and Safe Space: Your privacy is our priority. All sessions are conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can speak freely.

Active Listening: Paige listens empathetically without judgment, reflecting and clarifying your concerns to ensure you feel heard and understood.

Encouragement and Positive Reinforcement: Expect to receive encouragement and positive reinforcement, celebrating your achievements and fostering a positive mindset.

Shared Experiences: Paige will share her own relatable experiences and how she overcame similar challenges, building trust and relatability.

Goal Setting: Together, you will set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) and create action plans to achieve them.

Resource Sharing: Paige will provide helpful resources such as books, websites, or apps, and help you connect to a professional support if needed.

Empathy and Compassion: Paige practices empathy and compassion, understanding your perspective and showing patience as you progress at your own pace.

Encouraging Healthy Habits: Paige encourages wellness practices like exercise, healthy eating, and mindfulness, and help you understand the importance of balance and setting healthy boundaries.

Positive Behavior Modeling: Paige leads by example, demonstrating resilience, positivity, and a commitment to continuous personal growth and learning.

Group Activities: You may also have the opportunity to participate in peer support groups or team projects, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

  3. Make a Contribution: We ask that you make a contribution to Reach Out for each session you schedule or set up recurring payment. Whether you can give $5 or $100, we are deeply grateful and happy to support you. Your contributions help us continue to provide a safe and inclusive space for young adults. The cost is completely by donation. Whether its $5 or $999, we don’t put mental health behind a paywall. No matter the donation amount we take you with great care and compassion.
