You are invited to cacao and psilocybin ceremony followed by gentle movement and a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath journey, to open your heart and bring your mind, body and spirit back to balance, feel deeply relaxed, refreshed and pain free.

We will be in the Unkara dome, beautiful geodesic dome nestled into the woods next to the Koksilah River.

Ceremonial grade cacao, grown harvested and prepared in a sacred way in Peru, will be served by Regina Terra in the opening circle, alongside an optional psilocybin microdose.

Spiritually, drinking cacao activates our sacred heart, respect and love for Mother Earth, our spirit, and our empathy. It is heart-medicine with antidepressant properties, and a great support in releasing emotional blockages. Physically, it is a liver detoxifier and vasodilator, increasing blood flow to the brain, body and digestive system by up to 40%.

Mushrooms are a medicine of truth, and as such can assist us in under a standing and addressing the root causes of mental-emotional or even physical dis-ease. Psilocybin at sub hallucinogenic doses, as is offered in this ceremony, is an ally in re-setting the nervous system to a state of greater equilibrium and connectivity, and as such well supports the integration of the sound healing. The nourishing effects of both medicines are active for 4-5 hours.

The Rainbow Sound Healing journey will be just over an hour long, and incorporates crystal singing bowls tuned to the chakras, elemental chimes, cosmic gongs, drums and more.

When the breath is regulated and the sight is turned inward sound balances the energy bodies and re-establishes a connection with our true and divine self.

The crystal bowls significantly affect all the organs and cells of your body as well as your brainwave frequency and state of consciousness to be positively charged by the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.

This sound healing journey works by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. In this parasympathetic state you will receive a boost in your healing response, which will immediately benefit your physical and mental health by bringing you into balance.

What to bring: This is a floor-seating/laying circle space. Bring a yoga mat, or cushion to sit and preferably lay on, a warm blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable on the floor during the event. In the winter months please bring extra cozy warm blankets and layers.

Layers of clothing is a good idea as well since we will be moving at times and other times we will be still.

Bring your own water bottle and if you prefer your own special mug for drinking the cacao please bring one.

Snack: Having a meal a couple hours prior is best so that you do not come with a full belly and also that you are not overly hungry. Please bring a snack to nourish yourself with for after the journey. And do your best to stay away from processed or greasy, heavy foods.
