This is easiest way to radically improve everything in your life.

If I told you that all you had to do was relax and breathe for 20 minutes everyday for 7 days that you would significantly change your life, I am sure you would want to know how. Right?

Small commitment = Massive positive change. Yes please!

Let me share what the process is…the easy way.

Yes, you may have guessed, it’s meditation. But it’s not what you think! I promise this is EASY. And the results after 7 days will get you HOOKED. Maybe even after 1 day.

I never wanted to meditate - I like to move my body and take the actions that got things done - I guess you could say I was in a constant state of doing. That is what I thought worked for me but wow, I was feeling some really good burn out and noticing that my mood was in a stressed out state for the most part.

I tried meditating many times over the years but really it seemed like an hour of my time could have been better spent making work calls or getting groceries. I tried it for a while and then stopped, retried again and then got bored. I had 2 kids at the time (my 3rd came later) and my own brick and mortar business so an hour a day of not a lot of mind blowing result was not high on my list.

Then I learned that I was doing it so wrong! I was making it way harder than I needed to. When I tried it the easy way I gave it a fair chance because it didn’t take long and what I noticed was worth it even after the first try.

I felt an improvement in my mood and with each day I felt better than the last. It wasn’t long when I started noticing that I was having an easier time in my normal day, interactions with people were nicer, I would see happy people wherever I went and I felt clear minded…that was just the beginning. After a week I was a rolling with inspiration and energy off the charts and with in a month of meditating I felt like invincible! Everything was working out in ways I could not have imagined.

The amount of effort through hard work that it takes to accomplish your goals compared to what happens when you focus your mind is nearly inconceivable. When you focus through meditation like this, pretty much it’s just about stopping thoughts, then you come into alignment with your higher self.

When you are in alignment all sorts of amazing shifts happen. The first thing you will notice is that you feel really good. Then you will notice how the people around you respond to you differently. And then you will start to have all sorts of experiences, things that you have been wanting for a long time. Money flows easier to you, ideas start flowing to you, new people come into your life…whatever you have been wanting will come when you are in alignment.

How do you know when you are in alignment? You feel great! You trust more, you are relaxed, you are not worrying about things, you have clarity and you are inspired by great ideas that come to you easily!

This is how to meditate the easy way.

You just need 15-20 minutes and a comfortable space to sit - you don’t even need incense or a mala! ha


It’s best to start early in your day when you are fresh and not bogged down by all of the things that have not yet happened.

Find a comfy place to sit. Anywhere where you won’t be disturbed.

Turn on a sound to focus on, something not very interesting, I really like this one: white noise.
(There are some good apps as well that you can have on your phone, just search up white noise app to choose the one you like. Then you can quickly have you meditation sound everywhere you go.)

Relax and breathe.

Focus on the sound and make it important.

When thoughts come in just notice them and return your focus to the sound. Keep doing this. After a while maybe 15 minutes you will feel a detachment or numbness from your body. And then you know you have achieved what meditating is all about.

And done!

After you try this the first couple of times, you may not achieve more than 30 seconds of not thinking, that’s ok. That is all you need to get into alignment with your higher self.

How is this helping me??

When you stop your thoughts you interrupt the channels that you are tuning into and sending out, then what happens is you naturally start to shift your frequency up into higher frequencies (read more about how to do that here) - alignment with your Higher Self. You are hooking up with the immense power of the Universe, with Source energy and wisdom - you become a wide open receiver of information that will inspire you towards a really great unfolding of all good things.

The first manifestation that you will immediately experience is an improvement in the way you feel. And the better you feel the better things are turning out all around you.

Meditation is THE way to make this happen

And after just a few days of this practice, you will start to notice how much better you feel. You will see how when a problem arises, how the solution is right behind it.

Try it for 7 days. That’s all it takes to see a noticeable shift in the way you feel and what is playing out all around you.

Keep going and watch the Universe line up all of the experiences, opportunities and inspirations to lead you to the things you really want!

You can be happy all the time!

The results for me have been profound and so I continue to meditate whenever I feel that I need to replenish my energy. Since I am mostly living in a state of joy and appreciation I do not meditate everyday, but if I notice that I come down off that high frequency vibration I get into meditation state right away.

Once you understand how it feels to live in a state of joy, appreciation and love all day, everyday, you will want to stay there too. All you really need to do to have all of what you want manifest into your life is simply, be happy!
