Replace the old belief with something rooted in love:
❌ I have to earn love by giving.
✅ I am worthy of love simply because I exist.
Say it out loud. Say it often. Especially when the old pattern tempts you back into silence.
4. Create Daily Self-Connection Rituals
Start each day by choosing yourself:
Journaling: Ask, “What do I need today?” Write freely.
Stillness: Sit quietly with your hand on your heart. Breathe. Listen.
Mirror Work: Look into your eyes and say, “I see you. I choose you.”
