I know what it feels like to carry the weight of trauma, self-doubt, and overwhelming emotions while still trying to show up for family, work, and life. When patterns like people-pleasing, anxiety, or burnout keep repeating—no matter how much “work” you’ve done—it can feel frustrating and hopeless. But what you’re experiencing isn’t weakness—it’s your nervous system doing its best to protect you.
With over 30 years of experience in the field of healing and transformation, I hold a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science (B.Msc.), a Diploma in Metaphysical Counselling and Practice, and am an Ordained Minister through the International Metaphysical Ministry. I am also a Certified MAP Practitioner, Master Reiki Teacher in the Usui System of Natural Healing, and Shamanic Practitioner trained through The Four Winds and Cofán and neo-shamanic Shipibo lineages.
My approach is rooted in metaphysical counselling, neuroscience, and subconscious reprogramming—integrating energy medicine, Higher Self communication, and cross-cultural wisdom traditions.
As the founder of The Higher Self Method®, I specialize in helping clients uncover and release subconscious patterns safely—without needing to relive old wounds. My work bridges science and spirit, offering a grounded, compassionate path to relief, clarity, and reconnection with your true self.
As an Ordained Minister, I officiate both spiritual and non-religious weddings, vow renewals, and ceremonies—each designed to honour your beliefs, values, and love with depth and reverence.
My mission is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are fully seen, supported, and guided back to your innate wisdom and resilience. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about remembering who you are, reclaiming your voice, and returning home to yourself.
