 Balancing, Rejuvenating, Restorative

An hour-long sound meditation has helped people reduce their tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being. People who had never before done sound meditation experienced significantly less tension and anxiety afterward, along with those who were familiar with its benefits.

A session includes Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Elemental Chimes, Gongs, Chakra Alignment and Balancing, Channeled Guidance.

Benefits of Theta Brainwave states

When our brainwaves are out of balance, there will be corresponding problems in our emotional or neuro-physical health. A combination of under-arousal and over-arousal is seen in cases of anxiety and depression. The brain wave can be altered by using singing bowl sound vibration, one of the ancient ways of healing through brainwave entrainment.

The sound from singing bowls takes our brain to theta waves (4-8 Hz) which induce deep meditative states. Here our senses are withdrawn from the external world and we are able to concentrate on indication from within.  The sound vibration helps us to experience peace, clarity of mind, and intuition. In the theta state, when our brain waves reach 7-8 (Hertz) cycles per second, it is when our deeper intelligence, innovation, and self-healing capacities are activated. Singing bowls support us in the attainment of our goals by offering us the experience of pleasant or productive mental and emotional states.

Healing Through Balancing Chakras

Each chakra corresponds to a different body area, neural network, organ system, vibration, color – and a different musical note or frequency.

Everything vibrates, and where there is vibration, there is sound.  Every cell in the human body absorbs sound and vibration can reflect our emotional and physical health. To understand it better, Chakras–the energy points in our body–balance the spirit, body, and health by ensuring the harmonious flow of energy.  When we are healthy, there is a harmonious flow of energy from each centre, or chakra, in the body. Disharmony and disease occur when one or more chakras are blocked. Our bodies, just like musical instruments, can fall out of tune.

The sound waves, in the form of sine waves, run correcting frequencies to the unbalanced chakras, bringing them back to normal functioning. As the vibration from the sound of the singing bowl runs through your body, it is calibrating your chakras to run at their most optimal tone. The sound and vibration from a singing bowl is like a piano tuner for the human body and it is used to re-harmonize and re-calibrate our energy fields.
