Even if you don't fully grasp its content, there's no need to worry as your higher self will comprehend with ease! Watching the video is a prerequisite for the sessions to function properly, so please don't overlook this step.

Turn off all the distractions and take the next 15 minutes to prepare for what comes after. And go!

Step 2 - Complete An Introductory Session

Alright! Now you are ready for your first Introduction to the Higher Self Method.

Give yourself about an hour of uninterrupted time and you may want to have a paper and pen nearby for any insights you receive.
