Allowing It In Process
Before you begin please have a pen and paper or your journal ready.
It is good to be as relaxed as you can. The more relaxed you are the more your energy is easy flowing. Take a moment to feel comfortable and be in a sitting position. Become present and take some nice deep relaxing breaths before you begin this process.
In the Bonus section there is a grounding Meditation to bring you into a state of relaxation. You can try that first, but really just get yourself into a state of relax where you can be fully present.
Step 1. In your journal, write down something that you really want right now. The one thing that you most want. Maybe it’s a new job, or a relationship or maybe even a new car. Whatever it is write it down.
And under what you wrote write down all of the details that you can think of about it. Take about 2 minutes to make a list.
Step 2. Now that you have clearly defined what you want the next step is to take the next 3 minutes to FEEL what it feels like to HAVE it. The key is to really use your imagination to the place of where you already have what you want and feel how it feels. Then write down all of the feeling words that describes how you are feeling.
Step 3. Now that you are clear on how you feel in having what you want, for the next 3 minutes write down how that will make you feel about yourself now that you have what you want. Write down I AM statements.
Here is an example:
Step 1 . What I want:
I want to purchase my dream home. It is in a quiet and private setting with lots of trees and meadow areas. It has a clean source of water and a long driveway in a slightly elevated area so it’s super private. There are lush gardens for herbs, flower and vegetables. The inside is exactly to my liking with bright light, space, with the perfect amount of rustic and modern together. There are plenty of closets and storage the floors are all salvaged wood, and there is a big wrap deck to watch the sunsets.
Step 2. How it feel to have it:
It feels satisfying, worthiness, success, happiness, peaceful, relaxing, grateful, appreciation, blissful, rejuvenating, energizing, healing, secure, ease, confidence.
Step 3. Who I AM now that I have this:
I AM calm, I AM happy, I AM joyful, I AM peaceful, I AM grateful, I AM nourished, I AM in love, I AM appreciating, I AM proud, I AM vibrant.
Now recognize how that feels. When you put yourself into the feeling state of having what you want and do so in the present tense, as though you already have it, you are a vibrational match. And when you are a vibrational match to what you want, it takes only 68 seconds for it to become real and then you only job to to allow it in. It’s not about how much time it takes to receive what you want, it’s about aligning with it and then staying in more of an allowing mode than a resistant mode for more of the time.
Do this as often as you want to dramatically increase your attracting power. In as early as this day you will find things come onto your path that will be lining up what you want.
